General Policy
While JLM Industrial Supply will always strive to provide the ultimate in product quality and customer service, the following provisions apply to all transactions as stated herein.

Prices
We do our best to offer the lowest prices for quality tooling. All prices are subject to change without notice. Typographical or similar errors are subject to correction.

Terms
Net 30 days on open accounts, unless otherwise specified.

Freight Charges
May apply to certain items, dependent upon item type, manufacturer, weight, stocking location, etc.

Ownership
Ownership of goods sold does not take place until full payment of invoice.

Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments
U.P.S: Notify your local U.P.S. office immediately. Advise us so we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers for U.P.S inspection.

Truck Shipments
Shippers are not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. If your shipment is damaged or short, have it noted by the carrier on the delivery receipt. Without this proper notation, you accept it at your own risk.

Claims
All claims MUST be made within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. To expedite service please refer to our shipper invoice number. Damages incurred in commercial shipments must be claimed through the common carrier.

Warranty
As the seller we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, fitness, quality, durability or suitability of the merchandise in any respect including its fitness for the purpose and uses of the buyer.

The only warranties applying to materials sold are those specifically provided by the manufacturer. Seller further makes no express warranties or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness with respect to any changes, alterations or modifications made in materials at the request or instruction of the purchaser. The obligations of seller are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or, at its sole option, to the refund of the purchase price. Seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall JLM Industrial Supply be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits).

Responsibility
The value of the defective product or material sent in error is our only liability. All technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer and is listed only as a convenience. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, particularly including the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and regulations promulgated there under, unless the manufacturer so warrants.

Returns
Our return/exchange policy is limited to 30 days and may be subject to re-stocking and/or handling charges. Items must be in original packages and in unused re-saleable condition. All returns must be pre-authorized showing proof of purchase. Unless we have errored in filling your order, you will still be responsible for all shipping and/or handling charges.

Specials
All orders for special items are accepted as per information provided. Any inclusions, omissions, assumptions or print changes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will try our best to assist with any special tooling needs. Specials are generally non-cancelable. Certain products (such as abrasives), are subject to over or under shipment quantities, as normally practiced in the industry. Some products may require a deposit.

JLM Industrial Supply disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for personal injury due to faulty manufacturing, use or misapplication of any product purchased from us.
